Why Join a Group?
Groups offered are designed to be FUN, MOTIVATING, and INSPIRING platforms used for enhancing personal growth, learning new skills, getting support from others, increasing self awareness and confidence. People often learn through watching and hearing from other peoples experiences, which is why groups and workshops can be a wonderful learning experience for everyone involved. Groups are also a cost effective way to receive therapeutic guidance instead of paying for an individual session.
Groups offered are limited to a small group, (3-5 people). The length of groups is anywhere from 5 weeks to ongoing. Groups are 60-90 minutes in length. Groups are usually 'closed groups', once members sign up, the same group members attend weekly to help group members feel a sense of safety and openness to sharing feelings.
